Role:  - The role requires the incumbent to design, implementation and evaluation of Learning & Development and Talent Management strategy and therefore create strong relationships with key stakeholders, to ensure the delivery of high quality and high impact learning.  Learning & Development:   - Complete a thorough TNA, for all employees to identify the training needs at Individual / Team / Organization Level and provide focused learning solutions.   - Design, Implement the training calendar & related communication for both internal programs as well as external programs   - Deliver and design the training programs in soft skills and management training   - Manage the Training delivery through select trainers, business champions and external trainers  - Coordinate, implement, and manage training programs  - Post training evaluation and its continuous improvement  - Handle administration and seamless end to end coordination of training operations  Talent Management:  - Analyze various talent related data points (performance data, competency, assessments etc.,) to study and draw insights to identify key talent segments and suggest focused interventions.
