
Learning Consultant - Content Creation
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & implement scalable Learning Programs and digital adoption strategies.
- Lead content developers & specialists for enterprise-wide learning solutions.
- Integrate AI, automation, and gamification into training interventions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define end-to-end learning strategies.
- Drive curriculum design, workshops, and training implementations.
- Establish KPIs, track ROI, and continuously improve learning effectiveness.
Profile Requirements:
- 15+ years in L&D, Instructional Design, and E-learning.
- Proficiency in Articulate Studio, Storyline, Adobe Captivate (preferred).
- Strong MS Office (Excel & PPT), process knowledge, and compliance expertise.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
