Training Design & Delivery at Silvasa Plant: - Develop and deliver engaging training programs aligned with business and operational needs. - Conduct training need analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and learning priorities. - Create customized learning modules, e-learning content, and training materials. - Facilitate interactive and hands-on training sessions for employees at all levels. 2. Key Requirements: - Minimum 6 years of experience in Learning & Development and OD, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors. - Strong expertise in content creation, training facilitation, and instructional design. - Ability to design and deliver technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs. - Experience in conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA) and competency mapping. - Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and digital training methodologies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of quality, safety, and operational processes in a manufacturing environment. - Willingness to work full-time at the Silvasa site and travel as required.
