Description:
- Design and deliver impactful sales training programs covering solution selling, dealer management, key account management, and sales effectiveness
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-field training sessions for sales teams across multiple locations
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to convert product knowledge and market insights into practical training interventions
- Create engaging learning content including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules
- Assess training needs through performance data, feedback, surveys, and competency assessments
- Measure training effectiveness and continuously refine programs to ensure business impact
- Drive structured sales induction and onboarding programs for new hires
- Coach and mentor sales team members to enhance performance and close capability gaps
- Collaborate with retail and distribution partners to ensure consistent sales messaging and customer experience
- Maintain training MIS, track learning outcomes, and share periodic reports with stakeholders.
