
1. Learning Strategy & Planning:
- Partner with business and functional heads to identify learning needs through Training Need Analysis (TNA).
- Design annual learning calendars aligned with business and people strategies.
- Support implementation of corporate L&D frameworks and leadership development programs.
2. Program Design & Delivery:
- Develop and deliver learning modules across behavioral, technical, and leadership competencies.
- Collaborate with internal/external trainers and institutions for specialized programs.
- Leverage digital learning platforms and ensure high adoption of e-learning modules.
3. Capability Development & Talent Readiness:
- Drive functional capability-building initiatives for employees and first-line managers.
- Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development through targeted interventions.
- Implement mentorship and coaching frameworks.
4. Learning Operations & Governance:
- Manage the end-to-end learning cycle: scheduling, feedback, attendance tracking, and ROI measurement.
- Maintain learning data and dashboards via LMS (Learning Management System).
- Ensure adherence to budgets, policies, and compliance standards.
