
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the end-to-end Learning Life Cycle, from Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to post-training evaluation and reporting.
- Understand the Employee Life Cycle to align L&D interventions with key moments that matter across tenure stages.
- Engage with business leaders and regional stakeholders to identify skill gaps and learning needs aligned with organizational goals.
- Design, develop, and implement relevant learning solutions - classroom, virtual, and blended formats.
- Create or curate high-quality, contextual, and engaging training content and instructional materials.
- Facilitate impactful and interactive training sessions for diverse employee groups - new hires, front-line teams, and managers.
- Drive training effectiveness through clear metrics, post-training evaluations, and follow-through plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HRBPs, Admin, Sales, etc.) to embed learning into daily business routines.
- Ensure strong stakeholder management by continuously engaging with regional business leaders to assess effectiveness and gather feedback.
- Support central L&D team on PAN India projects and initiatives, as and when required.
- Will be the MahaRERA SPOC for Group and will be responsible for driving/conducting MahaRERA training compliance.
Required Skills & Competencies :
- Deep understanding of the Learning & Development function and its strategic role in business.
- Proven expertise in TNI, TNA, instructional design, content development, and facilitation.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align learning strategies to organizational needs.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with a high degree of audience engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholder relationships across levels.
- Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft Technologies (MS Teams, MS Forms, etc.), and digital learning tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage training operations across multiple locations.
- Comfortable with frequent travel within Gurgon and occasionally to other cities.
Educational Qualifications :
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications in Instructional Design, Facilitation, or L&D-related areas will be a plus.
