L&D Strategy & Design :
- Design the L&D strategy and develop a capability framework for the organization.
- Partner with leadership and HRBPs to identify key skill gaps and capability needs.
Program Design & Delivery:
Design and implement structured programs for:
- Manager Development (first-time and mid-level leaders)
- Behavioural & Soft Skills Training
- Functional / Role-based Learning
- Onboarding & Cross-functional Learning
- Deliver high-quality training sessions (as a facilitator) and manage external trainers/vendors where needed.
Learning Operations & Technology:
- Set up learning platforms (LMS or digital tools), manage content curation, and own governance.
- Create a learning culture through bite-sized, on-demand, and self-driven learning initiatives.
Employee Experience & Culture:
- Partner on initiatives like Amber, internal surveys, skip levels, etc., to identify engagement and learning needs.
- Co-lead or support initiatives around career development and performance enablement.
Learning Analytics & Success Metrics:
- Define success metrics to measure learning effectiveness.
- Build dashboards and reporting for leadership on learning outcomes, adoption, and impact
