- Design, develop, and implement effective training programs and learning interventions.
- Drive capability-building programs for leadership, managerial, and functional development.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align L&D strategies with organizational goals.
- Manage training budgets, vendor partnerships, and e-learning platforms.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
- Maintain a learning calendar and ensure smooth execution of all training sessions.
- Implement digital learning solutions and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Track and report on learning progress, participation, and outcomes.
