Job Role :
Responsible for spearheading the end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D) lifecycle, from identifying skill gaps to content curation and implementation.
Collaborate with external partners to deliver specialized managerial and leadership training, ensuring all initiatives align with the company's strategic goals for workforce competency.
KRA
1) Execute a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all departments to identify critical skill gaps and performance needs
2) Leveraging Learning Analytics: Focuses on the data and reporting aspect of the LMS to track ROI and training progress.
3) Cultivating an Ecosystem of External Learning Partners
4) Orchestrating Comprehensive L&D Strategies
5) Focuses on the result (capability) rather than just the task (management).
6) Driving "Time-to-Productivity" through Structured Onboarding
7) Leverage internal social networks and digital communication tools to run targeted L&D awareness drives, ensuring high visibility for all employee development programs.
