Responsibilities: The incumbent Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. As a part of the Recruitment Consulting team, you'll be responsible for the below-mentioned tasks: - Understand technical job descriptions of clients and make the sourcing strategy. - Source potential candidates from various sourcing platforms. - Screen resumes for required skills and qualifications - Perform pre-screening calls to test applicants- abilities - Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions) - Ensure candidates take online tests, show-up for interviews, comply with other processes as prescribed by the employer - Ensure complete document submission, and complete clarity of CTC and joining details - Promote the company's reputation and build professional relationships with job seekers and clients - Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products Requirements - Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter - Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases - Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Degree in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree About Leap Skills: Leap Skills is a New Delhi based skill development organization.
