Were hiring a Senior Growth PM to drive top-of-funnel acquisition and scale our AI-native products from 1 to 10. This role is built for someone whos operated at both ends of the spectrum: - You've launched 0-to-1 products that went from scratch to 100K+ users. - You've scaled products that serve millions. - You'll sit at the intersection of product, growth, marketing, and engineering. - Expect high ownership, fast feedback cycles, and the chance to ship breakout surfaces that bring global education to millions. What You'll Own: 1. 0-to-1 Product Launches: - Take new products or features from idea to scale. Define what to build, why it matters, and how to grow it. - Think: Launched X from zero, grew to 100K+ users. - Not: Tweaked a setting in a product already used by millions. 2. Growth & GTM Strategy: - Design and run experiments across onboarding, pricing, virality, and growth loops. - Work with growth marketers on SEO, landing pages, paid acquisition, and referral flows. - Youll ship products that move acquisition metrics. 3. Scale Leaps AI Products: - Weve shipped AI-native products. Youll now scale them from 1 to 10. - Own the roadmap, feature development, GTM, and retention playbooks. What Were Looking For: 1. PM at a Consumer Startup (Pre-Series C): - Youve built from scratch, worked in lean teams, and know what zero looks like. 2. Launched & Scaled Something Real: Your resume shows outcomes: 1. -15% CAC 2. +20% conversion 3. +30% activation - Not fluff. Just wins. 3. Growth DNA: - Youve worked on GTM, CRO, referrals, onboarding, or SEO. - Youve shipped experiments and doubled down on what worked. 4. Hands-On AI Application: - Youve shipped something that uses OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, or similar. - You know how to integrate models, not just prompt them. 5. Strong with Data: - You understand insights are everything. - You dont wait for dashboardsyou write SQL and go straight to source. Nice-to-Haves: - Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Optimizely. - Experience with mobile ASO. - Comfortable with scripting in Python or JS.
