We are now building a unique donor engagement model which: - Connects donor families with beneficiaries to directly drive social impact through a structured volunteer program - Delivers value to both donor families and beneficiary families - Drives unprecedented interest from donor families in early tests The Role: Ideal candidate has up-to 5 years of relevant experience in either in an NGO or Community Development or Education or Learning & Development, ideally working with Teens. Ex-Teach for India or similar program candidates will be preferred. Location: Goa (North Goa, near Siolim) Job Responsibilities: - Create creative, engaging and age-appropriate content to guide 13-18 year old's in making their social impact goals come to life. - Own the entire process of running the program for 13-18 year old's, from orientation to live projects to recognition. As the primary contact point, you will set up a best-in-class, NPS 100 experience, requiring immense zeal and desire for excellence. - Guide and evaluate the efforts of the volunteers to drive results for both donors and beneficiaries.
