Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Research Leadership:
- Develop project-specific research agenda for the organization.
- Help convert ideas into business projects.
- Prioritize research requests and manage resources, timelines, and expectations.
- Ensure alignment of research with business goals, solutioning needs, and proposal requirements.
Research Execution & Oversight:
- Lead secondary research on markets, policies, demand forecasting, and sector trends.
- Guide primary data collection through interviews, surveys, consultations, and stakeholder interactions.
- Build research frameworks, methodologies, data models, and evaluation tools.
Government & Ecosystem Research:
- Track opportunities, policies, and announcements from state and central government departments.
- Analyse tender documents, government schemes, and regulatory frameworks relevant to LCPLs focus areas.
- Build intelligence on emerging opportunities across sectors such as skilling, education, workforce mobility, sustainability, healthcare, and security.
Insight & Deliverables:
- Review and finalize knowledge assets: reports, concept notes, feasibility assessments, insight decks.
- Present findings to leadership and project teams with clear recommendations.
- Maintain documentation standards: sourcing, referencing, accuracy, and version control.
Collaboration & Internal Support:
- Support Business Development, and Delivery teams with data-backed research inputs.
- Participate in proposal development, bid responses, and client presentations as required.
People & Capability Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of researchers/analysts.
- Drive best practices, research discipline, and continuous improvement within the function.
