Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end content strategy and development for large-scale skilling and employability initiatives.
- Translate qualification packs and model curricula into engaging, modular, and competency-based learning materials.
- Guide internal teams and external content vendors on pedagogy, tone, and quality benchmarks.
- Co-design frameworks for blended learning models, trainer enablement, and assessment systems.
- Collaborate with domain experts, instructional designers, and project teams to ensure academic rigour and practical relevance.
- Manage multiple workstreams including content audit, vendor onboarding, process governance, and final delivery.
- Ensure strict alignment of deliverables with NSQF, SSC standards, and client/project specifications.
- Bring a strong learner-focused lens to content for adult learners (not K-12).
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in vocational training, higher education, skilling ecosystem, or employability-oriented content development.
- Strong understanding of NSQF, Sector Skill Councils, and industry-linked curriculum frameworks.
- Proven experience in leading content development teams or managing external vendors.
- Excellent communication, editorial, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work across multiple domains and manage complex project timelines.
Preferred / Good to Have:
- Experience with international skilling programs or online learning ecosystems.
- Familiarity with curriculum localisation and blended learning delivery models.
