Think Blackbucks Product Domain - Recruitment Solutions Responsibilities Responsible for conversion of leads for student campus recruitment via Blackbucks' enterprise product - Follow up on meetings with leads - Develop effective and flexible pitches suitable for different categories of customers. - Execute partnerships - Work on monthly targets - Come up with new strategies and recommendations for optimisation on conversion - Understand Blackbucks products and services - Come up with various strategies for bundling, pricing and creative offerings of products and services - Customer Category based Solutions - Understand customer needs.
