Responsibilities: - Develop a world-class alliance with predictable rhythm of business, operational rigor and business review governance/ cadence - Put in place a multi-year sales plan to rapidly grow revenue and build strategic partnerships with large customers by identifying potential partnerships and executing on integration strategies - Build joint offerings, offer messaging, engagement model with partners to acquire customers & own all the revenues and revenue targets from partnerships and alliances - Identify gaps in business strategies and develops mitigation plans to fill gaps to meet marketplace requirements - Collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to develop new product offerings within existing lines of business and work with internal teams to identify, prioritize, build, launch and scale replicable offerings and/or solutions aligned to vision and mission - Collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to develop new product offerings within existing lines of business and work with internal teams to identify, prioritize, build, launch and scale replicable offerings and/or solutions aligned to vision and mission - Design sales enablement strategies and strategic growth initiatives and communication associated with launching Alliance Partnership(s) - Execute engagement plans with alliance key stakeholder while tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) - Measure and report results of alliance plan execution and identify areas for improvement and act to implement positive change - Build joint governance model to ensure effective alliance management and execution
