About the Role:

We are looking for a high-performing Wealth Manager who can excel as an Individual Contributor while also acting as a Playing Captainleading by example, driving business results, and supporting a small team of Relationship Managers/Wealth Partners towards achieving revenue and client engagement goals.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on client acquisition, portfolio advisory, and light team leadership, without compromising on personal book growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with High Net-Worth (HNI) and Ultra HNI clients.

- Provide bespoke financial advisory across asset classes including mutual funds, PMS, AIF, fixed income, and structured products.

- Build and manage a strong book of business with consistent revenue generation.

- Conduct goal-based financial planning and deliver high-quality investment advice.

- Playing Captain / Leadership Responsibilities.

- Guide, mentor, and support a small team of Relationship Managers / Wealth Partners.

- Lead by example through active client engagement and execution.

- Assist team members with client meetings, pitches, and portfolio recommendations.

- Ensure productivity, compliance adherence, and high service standards within the team.

- Collaborate with product, research, and operations teams to enable stronger client outcomes.
