Playing Captain Role: Leader will have his own Targets and Handle a Team (Leader will be On Incentive Module)

Non Playing Captain: Leaders will be required just to handle the team and ensure to get their Targets Achieved but they you will be expected to bring 4-5 team members

About the Opportunity:

We are hiring for a strategic leadership position on behalf of three high-growth clients in the Wealth Management space one a fast-scaling digital-first wealth platform and the others are reputed, established private wealth firms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and lead the strategic direction of the wealth management practice

- Build, manage and scale high-value client relationships (HNI/UHNI/Family Office)

- Oversee portfolio advisory, investment strategy, and customized wealth solutions

- Lead and mentor a team of seasoned Relationship Managers and Advisors

- Collaborate with product, compliance, tech, and external ecosystem partners

- Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and risk management standards
