Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for business development ,monitoring of performance of the sales team to ensure growth in business volume through providing of proper guidance and motivation. 2. Coordination with Production team for production planning according to demand. Required Profile : 1. Marketing experience in TMT and Heavy structure . 2. Good technical knowledge of product composition. 3. Knowledge of dealing multiple products and depots. 4. Good negotiation skills. 5. Must be able to perform market research and develop marketing strategy with maximum customer and dealer satisfaction. 6. Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits. 7. Track marketing parameters such as pricing, distribution, and POS to assist in better positioning Industry: Iron and Steel Education: 1. Must be an MBA Specialization Marketing. 2.
