About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Relationship Manager to join a leading Multi-Family Office & Wealth Advisory firm. The role involves managing UHNI/HNI client relationships, providing investment advisory, coordinating with internal product and research teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and grow relationships with HNI/UHNI families and senior corporate professionals.
- Understand client goals, risk appetite, and long-term financial objectives.
- Act as a single point of contact for all client queries, reviews, and reporting.
Investment Advisory:
- Provide advisory across asset classes: Equity, Debt, PMS, AIFs, Structured Products, Global Investments, Alternatives, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Estate Planning solutions, etc.
- Collaborate with the internal investment team to create customised investment portfolios.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and performance updates with clients.
Business Development:
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing clients.
- Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and market connects.
- Coordinate with the business strategy team for client acquisition initiatives.
Client Servicing & Reporting:
- Deliver high-quality service through timely resolutions, portfolio insights, and market updates.
- Support clients with succession planning, family governance, and wealth structuring needs (in coordination with internal experts).
- Prepare client presentations and quarterly investment reviews.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8-15 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, PMS/AIF distribution, or multi-family office roles.
- Strong understanding of financial products, risk profiling, asset allocation and markets.
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle UHNI/HNI clients with maturity, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proven ability to acquire and manage clients at scale.
