About the Role
Our client, a leading global digital marketing organization, is seeking a senior leader to drive pre-sales, RFP management, and solutioning for global clients. This role requires a blend of business acumen, digital marketing expertise, and the ability to craft compelling solutions that address client challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end pre-sales process including RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and client presentations.
- Partner with sales and delivery teams to design customized digital marketing solutions.
- Drive solution narratives that clearly articulate business value and differentiation.
- Manage bid strategy, competitive positioning, and commercial structuring.
- Build a scalable pre-sales framework and mentor solutioning teams.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand requirements and shape proposals.
Ideal Candidate
- 12-20 years of experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or business development within digital marketing / martech / digital transformation.
- Proven track record of managing global RFPs and creating winning solutions.
- Strong client engagement, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Marketing degree / MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute preferred.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced global environment.
