Skillventory has been mandated to hire a senior Investor Relations leader for a leading NBFC, based in Mumbai.
We are looking for a seasoned professional who can act as the face of the organization for investors, rating agencies, and financial stakeholders.
Role: Lead Investor Relations
Location: Mumbai
Industry: NBFC / Financial Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage rating agency interactions (CRISIL / ICRA / CARE / Ind-Ra)
- Support capital raising initiatives (NCDs, CPs, ECBs, Term Loans, Securitisation)
- Prepare and present quarterly investor decks, analyst presentations, and board-level reports
- Act as a strategic advisor to CSO & Head Resource Mobilisation on market sentiment and peer benchmarking
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 20+ years of experience in Investor Relations / Treasury / Corporate Finance
- Strong exposure to NBFC capital markets and fund raising
- Hands-on experience with institutional investors and rating agencies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and financial storytelling skills
Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA
