The Head of HR Business Partnering (HRBP Head)


The Head of HR Business Partnering (HRBP Head) plays a critical strategic role in aligning business objectives with HR solutions across various departments or business units. This role leads the HRBP team and works closely with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, performance management, talent strategy, and workforce planning. The HRBP Head ensures the integration of HR practices into business operations to support strategic goals and foster a high-performance culture.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic HR Leadership


- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.

- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and priorities.

- Lead change management initiatives and support business transformation efforts.


HRBP Team Management


- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners to deliver exceptional service across the organization.

- Ensure consistent execution of HR policies, processes, and programs across business units.


Talent Management & Development


- Drive succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development initiatives.

- Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions.


Employee Experience & Culture


- Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, inclusion, and a positive work environment.

- Lead efforts to build a strong organizational culture aligned with company values.


Operational Excellence


- Ensure HR metrics and KPIs are effectively tracked and reported to leadership.

- Use data and insights to guide decision-making and recommend improvements in HR strategy.


Compliance & Risk Management


- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

- Anticipate and address labor relations issues and manage risk exposure
