Leadership Role - Growth & Strategy - eCommerce - IIM

Growth & Strategy team for an Ecommerce Client for its Bangalore HQ.

Qualification:

- Full time MBA from Tier 1 College (Passout year 2015/2016/2017/2018) only.

Job Responsibility:

- A Strategy Leader will head the P&L of the business end-to-end, leadership across online/offline retail.

- Key KRAs would include business growth, strategy, profitability, exclusivity, complete P&L, team development, vendor relationship management etc.

- This person would have the opportunity to create an impact in the industry and work with different teams across the organization to get a 360-degree exposure and influence Business strategy

- Develop the business model: Go deep, understand where opportunities are and create a viable business model to service the opportunities

- Know the market: Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc.
