Leadership Role - Financial Controller

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Controller at the leadership level to lead the group financial consolidation and reporting function. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in handling consolidation for a large portfolio of 50+ entities, with a solid background in financial reporting, compliance, and real estate industry dynamics. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end consolidation of financial statements for 50+ legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports.

- Oversee the financial reporting process in compliance with IFRS and applicable local regulations.

- Partner with business and operations teams to analyze performance, support planning, and drive financial transparency.

- Monitor and improve internal controls, financial systems, and reporting tools to ensure consistency and accuracy.

- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

- Provide leadership to the finance team and ensure a high standard of compliance, integrity, and governance.

- Play a strategic role in real estate project accounting, cash flow monitoring, and investment tracking.

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA or equivalent qualification is mandatory.

- Minimum 12+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience in financial consolidation of large group structures (50+ entities).

- Strong real estate industry experience is essential.

- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting systems, and ERP tools.

- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
