Leadership Role - Finance & Accounts - Insurance Segment

Description:

Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end global delivery across all segments for Accounting & Reporting including Record-to-Report, Statutory Reporting, Close & Consolidation on, and Regulatory Reporting.

- Ensure consistent service quality, SLA adherence, and risk management across all segments

- Lead the modernization of Accounting & Reporting through automation, analytics, AI, and digital accelerators

- Partner with Digital, Analytics, and Technology teams to embed next-gen finance capabilities.

- Drive and manage new/existing relationships with a top er client

- Support new logo pursuits, renewals, and expansions with strong solutioning and differentiation.

- Build trusted advisor relationships with CFOs, Controllers, and Finance leadership.

- Establish strong governance cadence with internal and client stakeholders.
