Leadership Role - Business Finance - CA

This role is responsible for providing strategic financial insights and leading financial planning and analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities:-

Strategic Financial Leadership:-

- Drive the development and execution of company's financial strategy

- Provide actionable insights to support key business decisions and long-term planning

Financial Planning & Analysis:-

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial discipline

- Conduct ROI analysis for strategic investments and initiatives

Revenue Planning & Pricing:-

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on revenue planning and pricing strategies

- Monitor and optimize revenue streams to ensure profitability

Supply Chain Finance:-

- Partner with operations to enhance supply chain efficiency and cost management

Stakeholder & Team Management:-

- Manage and mentor the finance team to build a high-performing function

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and other stakeholders

Data-Driven Insights:-

- Leverage financial data to uncover trends and provide actionable business insights

- Develop and present clear, concise reports to influence stakeholders at all levels

What we're looking For:-

- CA with relevant experience of 6-12 years.

- Strong experience in business finance, including budgeting, ROI analysis, and variance analysis

- Proven ability to drive revenue planning, pricing strategies, and manage supply chain finance

- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a sharp eye for detail

- Strong ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights

- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across organizational levels

- Proven leadership and team management capabilities

- Ability to think ahead and partner effectively with business teams to co-create solutions
