We are seeking a senior AI leader with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Data Science, and AI Architecture to drive enterprise-wide innovation and transformation. This role combines strategic vision, architectural excellence, and hands-on technical depth to design, build, and scale AI systems that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the AI, GenAI, and AI Architecture strategy, aligning advanced technologies with organizational goals.

- Architect and lead AI/ML ecosystems - spanning data pipelines, model development, orchestration, deployment, and governance.

- Design robust, scalable AI architectures integrating LLMs, GenAI workflows, and RAG pipelines within enterprise environments.

- Lead innovation using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Llama, Mistral, and GPT, and build agentic AI systems leveraging frameworks like Autogen, LangGraph, and CrewAI.

- Build and optimize Generative AI workflows, including prompt engineering, LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Oversee AI platform engineering and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Collaborate with product, data, and business teams to deliver AI-driven architectures and solutions that accelerate digital transformation.

- Represent the organization in AI thought leadership, driving innovation discussions at industry events and forums.

Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Architecture, including senior leadership roles.

- Proven success in architecting and deploying enterprise-scale AI systems and GenAI platforms.

- Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, AI orchestration frameworks, and multi-cloud AI infrastructure.

- Strong command of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern AI/ML frameworks.

- Track record of building and leading high-performing AI and architecture teams delivering measurable business outcomes.

- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
