
Job Description: Leadership Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Drive leadership hiring for management consulting roles by building strong talent pipelines and executing targeted search strategies.
- Partner closely with Practice Leaders and senior stakeholders to define role requirements and align on hiring decisions.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor intelligence, and proactive outreach to identify top consulting talent.
- Lead end-to-end search execution: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder updates, and offer closure.
- Assess candidates on consulting competencies-analytical ability, client leadership, problem solving, and cultural fit.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience and maintain accurate hiring reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Continuously improve search processes, interview structures, and evaluation frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with global management consulting firms or specialized search agencies.
- Understanding of consulting organization structures, career pathways, and market landscape.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, leadership assessment tools, and DEI hiring practices.
