Learning and Development leader - Pharmaceutical company As an L&D leader, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs across the organization to enhance employee capabilities and improve organizational performance. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including the HR team, business leaders, and subject matter experts, to identify learning needs and create customized solutions to address those needs. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute L&D programs for the corporate function team that align with the organization's business goals and strategy - Identify learning needs by conducting needs assessments and analyzing performance gaps - Design and develop engaging and interactive training content, including e-learning modules, classroom training, and on-the-job learning activities - Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs using a variety of methods, including feedback surveys, assessments, and performance data - Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training programs that meet specific business needs - Partner with HR and business leaders to promote a culture of continuous learning and development - Stay up-to-date with the latest L&D trends and technologies and make recommendations for incorporating them into the organization's learning strategy Ideal Candidate: - At least 8-10 years of experience in L&D, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry - Masters degree from a Tier 1/ Tier 2 institutes will be preferred - Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver quality results - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
