JOB DESCRIPTION:  - Leading the firm's IGAAP to Ind AS conversion initiatives for listed clients  - Thorough understanding of Ind AS including evaluation of impacts on business in identifying accounting and reporting differences between current accounting policies and practices and Ind AS requirements  - Understanding impact assessment of Ind AS on design and business processes followed on SAP, Consolidation of the clients and Accounting Manuals   - Preparation of standalone and consolidated opening balance sheet and subsequent quarter wise accounts under Ind AS  - Training and Skill up gradation of team and client personnel   - Providing ongoing technical assistance and support for non-recurring transactions to client and solving client queries and continuous white paper/accounting advice on specific transactions   QUALIFICATION:  - Should be a qualified CA with 4-12 years of experience in Statutory Audit Prior experience in a consulting firm and good knowledge of IndAS  - Ability to understand client and his needs, apply expertise in a consultative role, being a self starter, relationship management skills with clients   - Good people management skills, strong ability to train, develop and grow team members, thought leadership and ideation, developing innovative marketing ideas, versatile and capable of leading multiple assignments  - Diligent and most important aligning to the firm's culture of - think straight, talk straight-, ultimately leading to a - Partner- role in 3 years within the firm   ABOUT US:   MGB, established in 1979, with more than 200 committed professionals, provides comprehensive set of assurance, direct & indirect tax, internal audit, corporate law, CSR, asset management and M&A advisory services under one roof.
