About the Role:

We are hiring for a strategic HR Business Partner role for one of the business units of a leading global IT Services organization.

The incumbent will partner closely with business and functional leaders to drive people strategy, organization design, leadership effectiveness, and talent development initiatives that enable business growth and transformation.

This is a high-impact leadership position, ideal for someone who combines strategic HR thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leadership to define and execute people strategy aligned to business objectives.

- Drive organization design, workforce planning, and capability building to support scale and transformation.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on talent, performance, and engagement.

- Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives within the business unit.

- Enable a high-performance culture through robust performance management and reward programs.

- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) Talent Acquisition, C&B, L&D, and HR Operations to ensure seamless delivery.

- Partner with finance and business teams on people cost optimization and productivity enhancement.

- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

- Drive change management for new HR systems, policies, and organizational initiatives.

Desired Profile:

- 14-20 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in an HRBP leadership capacity.

- Strong background in IT / ITES / Technology / Engineering Services sectors.

- Proven experience partnering with CXO-level business leaders and managing large employee groups.

- Strong business acumen, data orientation, and ability to influence decisions through insights.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.

- MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute preferred.
