We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation & Program Delivery Leader to drive large-scale enterprise transformations, cloud migrations, and application modernization initiatives across financial services and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end program and project management for digital transformation initiatives.

- Oversee application modernization, Azure cloud migration, and infrastructure optimization.

- Ensure 24/7 availability, top-tier security compliance, and risk governance for digital platforms.

- Implement Agile and Lean-based delivery frameworks for efficient project execution.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and clients to ensure delivery excellence.

- Establish SLAs, ITIL-based processes, and observability tools for performance improvement.

- Drive team leadership, mentoring, and capability building across 60+ resources.
