Leader - Cybersecurity Operations

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cybersecurity Operations Leader to serve as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them design and implement robust security solutions tailored to their business needs.

- This role spans operational, tactical, and strategic levels, requiring expertise in SOC operations, incident response, security governance, and risk management.

- The leader will oversee service delivery for Managed XDR, Attack Surface Reduction, and advisory services, while driving SLA compliance, threat detection, and continuous improvement.

- Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with senior stakeholders and translating complex security concepts into actionable strategies.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or cloud security credentials.

- Deep knowledge of SOC design, risk frameworks (ISO, NIST, GDPR), and security technologies (SIEM, EDR, MDR, cloud security) is critical.

- Hands-on experience with penetration testing tools, threat modeling, and cloud implementations is highly desirable.

- The role also involves leading complex security projects, contributing to sales and proposal efforts, and fostering client relationships to drive long-term success
