Leader - Consumer Insights - FMCG/eCommerce

Executive Hiring is looking for a Leader - Consumer Insights for a Large FMCG, based at Mumbai.

Post Grad in Marketing with 10-12 years of work experience in Consumer Insights in a Large E commerce, Consumer Tech / Digital outfits with prior FMCG background will be the right fit.

This is a Leadership role, therefore Man Management experience is Mandatory.

The Role :

- Strategic planning

- Setting the long & short term growth

- An intimate understanding of business performance, priorities and cross functional needs

- Project planning

- Collaboration with CMI CoEs and CMI category community

- Managing budgets

- Managing relationships across other Insights teams, agency partners, cross functional teams
