Job Role :
Client acquisition :
- Maintaining and managing client relationships throughout.
- Meeting sales targets and meeting our B2B clients( MNCs)
- Identifying new sales leads
- Experience Recruitment sales.
- Responsible for cold calling, lead generation and contact closures for different Industry verticals
- Responsible for New Business for End to End cycle recruitment, Sourcing and Bench Marketing also.
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new market.
- Conceptualizing & implementing strategies for acquiring the business from clients and effectively using existing accounts to reach targeted sales numbers
- Analyzing the latest marketing trends and tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
- Mapping client's requirements and providing them customized business solutions through new proposals, presentations, and demonstrations
- Plan effective lead generation campaigns as per the target market segments
- Plan regular follow-ups, set-up meetings along with clients on requirement understanding, organizing demos to provide effective Recruitment solutions.
- Develop a strong pipeline of business using various methods of business development
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong closing and planning abilities
- Business commercial awareness
- Sound working knowledge of MS Office packages
- Proven ability to achieve targets under pressure
