Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Website Marketing Lead to own and optimize our website performance end-to-end.

This role is accountable for driving traffic, conversions, and ROI across organic and paid channels, while ensuring a consistent brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own website strategy, performance, and conversion metrics.

- Manage Drupal-based websites, content updates, and UX improvements.

- Drive SEO, SEM, and AI-powered content optimization.

- Plan and optimize paid ads and remarketing campaigns.

- Manage integrations with Odoo CRM and marketing tools.

- Track and report KPIs: traffic, conversions, CPL, and ROI.

- Collaborate with content, design, and IT teams.

Requirements:

- Strong experience with Drupal CMS and website analytics.

- Hands-on expertise in SEO, paid advertising, and conversion optimization.

- Experience using AI tools for SEO and content creation.

- Data-driven mindset with strong coordination skills.
