Create a strategic thinking & vision around defining a Target state organization with the Optimum Operating Model. 2. Create a strong partnership model with the Bank & other key stakeholders to transform the organization from a "Service Provider" to a "Partner to the Bank" 3. Create a Data driven organization with strong governance Top down to review Business risk and drive the team towards efficiency & Innovation. 4. Eliminating redundancies and automation of repeatable tasks and reducing variation. 5. Accountability for Running the Operations to make the team profitable by driving efficiency, innovation and standardization. Requirements: 1. Should have Led a 300+ member Team covering various functions within Wealth operations space. 2. Have experience of interacting and managing CXO level stakeholders. 3. Should have extensive hands on operating and domain experience in Wealth management operations with deep expertise in Trust, Advisory, Brokerage and fiduciary functions. 4. Should have led and managed Operations transformation and change at scale including RPA, data analytics, workflow etc and have good track record of driving productivity and efficiency within the Organization at scale. 5. Open to work in US Shift timing.
