Lead - Wealth Management

Role:

We are looking for an experienced Lead - Wealth Operations for a leading financial services organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end wealth operations across AIF, PMS, Mutual Funds and other investment products.

- Oversee client onboarding, AUM management, fund transfers, reconciliation and operational processes.

- Manage wealth platforms, system integrations and process automation.

- Handle partner payouts, distributor commissions and incentive administration.

- Drive MIS, dashboards, reporting and operational efficiency.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years of experience in Wealth Operations, Business Operations or Platform Management.

- Prior AIF (Alternative Investment Fund) experience is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of wealth management products and operational workflows.

- Experience in fund operations, reconciliation, onboarding and MIS.

- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
