Lead Warehousing & Fulfillment Operations

Location: Bangalore

We are hiring an experienced operations leader to build and scale a pan-India fulfillment network for a fast-growing logistics and quick commerce business.

This role will be responsible for network expansion, multi-site operations, P&L ownership, client management, and driving operational excellence across fulfillment centers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end multi-site fulfillment operations.

- Drive greenfield warehouse launches and network expansion.

- Own P&L, operational KPIs, and customer SLAs.

- Build and lead large frontline and leadership teams.

- Drive WMS implementation and process standardization.

- Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate:

- 8+ years of experience in warehousing, fulfillment, supply chain, or 3PL operations.

- Proven experience managing multi-site operations with P&L ownership.

- Strong exposure to e-commerce, quick commerce, contract logistics, or fulfillment center operations.

- Experience launching and stabilizing greenfield warehouses or fulfillment centers.

- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- Demonstrated ability to lead large frontline teams and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

- Willingness to travel extensively.
