Lead - User Experience/Engagement & Analytics


User Engagement Strategy:


- Develop and implement a comprehensive user learning strategy that enhances user experience, engagement and retention.

- Lead the design of effective training strategies and programs tailored to users & needs.

- Continuously scout for industry trends and best practices in user education, leveraging insights to enhance learning programs.

Learning Adoption and User Experience:

- Post deployment, launch & proactively drive initiatives towards improving/ influencing usage, adoption & engagement.

- Continuously run diagnostics to discover improvement areas - customer experience, UI & UX, personalization, learning journeys, content mix, content relevance and learning outcomes.

- Define learning mediums to be deployed to deliver the best learning experience for SaaS, B2B, B2C.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in user learning messaging and materials.

Change Management:

- Develop and implement an effective communications strategy to sensitize the critical stakeholders during and after the implementation of new learning solutions regarding the usage and advantages of the same.

- Work with BU's & COE's leaders to drive activation efforts, communication programs, etc.

Learning Tech Evaluation:

- Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning technologies (SaaS, B2B, B2C).

- Analyze user data and feedback to assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make data-driven improvements.

- Report on the performance of user learning initiatives, providing stakeholders with updates and recommendations for future improvements.

Learning Analytics and Reporting:

- Develop & configure analytics metrics in line with learning goals on the integrated learning tech stack.

- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of user learning data and metrics.

Track, monitor & report analytics at:

- Organization level

- BU & CoE Level

- Other cuts

- Integrate reporting with other BI tools as per company's need.

- Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to assess the impact of learning programs.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations while handling sensitive learner information.

BI tool configuration and management:

- Support in improving the features/ functionality/ reporting capability of the BI tool

- Assist in the development of new BI reports based on management
