Description:
- Collaborate with the Design Lead to develop and implement the company's overall design strategy and brand guidelines.
- Contribute as an individual designer to create engaging and effective design solutions for a range of mediums, including websites, mobile applications, social media, and email campaigns, while collaborating with the design team and under the guidance of senior designers.
- Manage the design process from conception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand their design needs and develop creative solutions that meet their objectives.
- Provide art direction and design support to internal and external teams, including writers, developers, and third-party vendors.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital design trends and technologies and incorporate them into the company's digital design work as appropriate.
- Manage design-related projects and ensure that all design work meets project requirements and timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Take full ownership for every detail and delivery
- Ensure uniform and consistent experience and engagement across Lines of Business
- Actively conduct user testing and Integrate user research and design using both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Actively contribute to design decisions both as an individual designer and as a collaborative team member, providing valuable insights and ideas to shape the design process and outcomes.
- Work closely with product managers to define and re-define the problem statements, and work with design agencies to come up with customer focused design solutions.
- Collaborate with agency, technology and other stakeholders to see the project through to shipping and rollout to target audience.
- Follow up on your design solutions after shipping to identify areas of improvement or newer ways to create more impact.
- The Individual will also be responsible for the Digital brand identity of One ABC
- Develop guidelines that consistently corelate design with customer brand, architecture and product attributes to spearhead the purpose of the company
- Manage a diverse portfolio of products with a core team through agility and collaboration
- Formulating and institutionalizing metrics for decision making on subjective matters
