Role Purpose
The Transformation Lead will drive digital, process and technology-led transformation across enabling functions such as HR, Admin, Procurement, Finance, and Operations. The role will identify automation opportunities, improve process efficiency, enhance utilization of core Systems of Record (SoR) like SAP & HRMS, and steer the adoption of new-age technologies including GenAI, IoT and predictive solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify automation opportunities across enabling functions (HR, Admin, Procurement, Finance etc.) to eliminate manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Drive digital transformation across enabling functions, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Lead end-to-end diagnostics including understanding current state, capturing functional pain points, assessing demand, and building transformation roadmaps for each function.
- Focus on cross-functional value chains (Hire-to-Retire, Source-to-Pay, Quote-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, etc.) to drive enterprise-wide optimization.
- Lead enhancement and optimization of ERP and business systems to improve finance and operational processes.
- Strengthen management reporting and performance monitoring frameworks.
- Explore and deploy new-age technologies including GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, IoT, and predictive modelling where applicable.
- Lead transformation initiatives from diagnosis and design to implementation and stabilization.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance / Analytics)
- 10-15 years of experience in business transformation, consulting, finance, or operational improvement roles
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (preferably SAP), business processes, and performance management
