Description:
- Training Strategy & Execution:
- Ensure all training goals and objectives are achieved at the account level.
- Design, implement, and execute effective training frameworks, ensuring alignment with business requirements and learning outcomes.
- Develop and deploy new training frameworks or refresh existing ones to meet evolving business needs.
Learning Service Integration & Transition:
- Create and implement robust learning service integration and transition plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure timely and seamless service transitions.
- Ensure the organizations Learning Management System (LMS) is effectively configured to support ongoing learning services and transitions.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, training partners, and operations leaders.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on learning objectives.
Performance & Compliance:
- Monitor and assess the performance of learning services; track progress against agreed goals and service-level metrics.
- Ensure full compliance and consistent execution of training practices and processes defined for the business.
- Facilitate regular service reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives with learning service providers and customers.
People Leadership & Resource Management:
- Lead a team of training managers and trainers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
- Allocate resources effectively based on business needs and ensure compliance with SOW terms and timelines.
- Mentor and coach new and existing team members to enhance performance and build leadership capability within the team.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all training activities and deliverables.
- Create and share detailed reports on performance metrics, learning outcomes, and improvement actions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Domain Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Content Moderation training.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 7+ years of people leadership experience, including 3+ years of leading a team of managers.
- L&D Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Learning and Development (L&D) best practices, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Program Management: Proven track record in training program development, implementation, and management.
- Communication: Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Good to Have:
- Working knowledge of the Advertising, Marketing, or Content Moderation industries.
- Experience in Content Design and Development.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) configuration, reporting, and administration.
