Description:



We are seeking an experienced PTP (Procure to Pay) Tower Lead to oversee our invoice processing, exceptions, helpdesk, payments, Vendor Master Data, and AP Ledger management teams. The ideal candidate will have over 17 years of experience in managing large teams and ensuring the smooth operation of these critical functions.



Key Responsibilities:



Operations Management:



- Invoice Processing: Oversee the timely and accurate processing of invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.



- Exception Management: Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the

invoice processing lifecycle.



- Payments Oversight: Manage the payments process, ensuring that all payments are made accurately and on time.



- Vendor Master Data: Maintain and manage vendor master data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.



- AP Ledger Management: Oversee the accounts payable ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up to date.



People Management:



- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of over 100 members to achieve performance goals.



- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging professional growth and development.



- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.




Client Management:



- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring

satisfaction with PTP services.



- Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.



- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.




Requirements:



- Experience: A minimum of 17 years in a relevant role, with extensive experience into team management.



- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.



- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of PTP processes and systems.



- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.



- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.



- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
