Role Overview:

As the Lead - Total Rewards, based in Noida, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing our comprehensive total rewards strategy. This role involves collaborating closely with HR business partners, finance, and senior leadership to ensure our compensation and benefits programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Your work will directly impact employee engagement, retention, and our ability to attract top talent in a dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and administer compensation programs, including salary structures, job evaluations, and incentive plans, to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

- Lead the annual salary review process, providing guidance and support to managers and HR business partners to ensure fair and consistent application of compensation guidelines.

- Design and implement employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, to enhance employee well-being and attract top talent.

- Conduct regular market research and benchmarking analyses to identify trends and best practices in total rewards, ensuring our programs remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.

- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, negotiating contracts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation and benefits-related matters, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.

- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, providing insights to senior management to inform decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits, including FLSA, ERISA, and ACA.

- Lead the design and implementation of employee recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation and reward high performance.

- Develop and deliver training programs on compensation and benefits topics to educate employees and managers on our total rewards offerings.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement comprehensive total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives.

- Proven expertise in salary structuring, job evaluation, and incentive design.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.

- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
