Lead - Investment Accounting, Solvency & Treasury

Role Summary :

We are looking for a Lead - Investment Accounting, Solvency & Treasury to manage investment accounting operations, ensure IRDAI regulatory compliance, oversee solvency reporting, and support treasury activities. The role also involves investment reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements through automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end investment accounting and reconciliations

- Ensure compliance with IRDAI investment regulations

- Prepare solvency calculations and regulatory returns

- Monitor AUM, investment limits, and portfolio performance

- Support treasury activities including cash flow and liquidity management

- Prepare investment reports, financial disclosures, and audit support

- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives

- Manage stakeholders including auditors, actuarial, and investment teams
