We are looking for an exceptionally talented Hedge Fund Taxation professional to join the Product Management Group as Product Lead. This group is responsible for developing new infrastructure and working with the technology teams throughout the product lifecycle. This will entail specifying, developing and implementing the firms' infrastructure and new applications in a high-volume and straight-through processing environment.

What You'll Do:

- Contribute to creation of Vision for Tax Product

- Contribute to Creation and execution of the Tax Product Roadmap

- Maintain Product backlog and collaborate with stakeholders in prioritizing the same

- Conduct competitor product/trend analyses to ensure product is in synch with market needs

- Partner with user groups and tech owners to derive solutions for complex problems in Hedge Fund Taxation domain

- Work closely with the engineering team to design, manage, and maintain the Product

- Manage stakeholder communication by conducting timely project meetings and producing artifacts such as project plans, client scorecard, release plans & notes

What You'll Need:

- Experience of 6+ years in Taxation for Hedge Fund and PE Funds

- Good understanding of hedge fund structures, allocations, and taxation concepts

- Working knowledge of complex tax concepts such as Wash Sales, Constructive Sales, Straddle, QDI and other Book to Tax adjustments such as section 1256, 988, 871(m)

- An outstanding academic background and the passion to work in a high-tech software development environment

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables

- A high level of personal maturity and a collaborative attitude
