The Growth Leader
The Growth Leader will spearhead recruitment, talent management, and organizational growth initiatives across Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Public Equities, and the Founders Office. This senior role involves end-to-end ownership of the hiring process, building and scaling talent pipelines, tracking industry talent movements, and shaping workplace culture. The Growth Leader will also provide strategic input on compensation and incentive structures to strengthen the firms overall talent strategy.
Key output expected from the role in next 2-3 quarters
End-to-End Talent Acquisition:
- Lead and manage the hiring process for companys IB, PE, VC, Public Equities, and Founders Office divisions.
Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence:
- Proactively track talent pools and key industry movements at mid-to-senior levels in the IB, PE, and VC sectors.
Pipeline Development:
- Build a strong talent pipeline and work toward productizing junior-level hiring.
Culture Development:
- Shape Dexters workplace culture by studying and implementing best practices from industry leaders.
Compensation & Incentives:
- Provide strategic input on incentive structure by analyzing industry-wide compensation trends and best practices.
Persona (Success Profile)
Skills/Criteria (Mandatory & Optional)
- Prior Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity experience
or
- Prior experience working in a top-tier executive search firm focused on Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity Hiring.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IB / PE / VC / Executive Search role.
- Ability to independently build talent pipeline, manage hiring process, negotiate and onboard candidates across levels.
- Genuine passion for building the firms talent strategy as a key growth lever for the firm.
