
Lead - Talent Management (10-12 yrs)
What the role looks like:
This is an HRBP + Talent Management Lead role, reporting directly to the CPO.
You would:
- Own and strengthen the Performance Management System (PMS) end to end
- Drive L&D strategy and execution, including for tech teams
- Lead employee engagement and experience initiatives
- Identify gaps in existing systems, design solutions, and drive them to closure
- Act as a thought partner to leadership on talent strategy
- This is an individual contributor role with high ownership and visibility.
